In this comprehensive Neurolinguistic Programming Level 1 Practitioner Training, Sunny Jackson, CCHT MNLP, invites you into an experiential journey of self-discovery, effective communication, and personal transformation in the healing context. Adapted from our in-person training immersion on the island of Kaua'i, this self-paced online course offers the depth and integrity of Sunny's masterful (and very witty!) teaching, at just the right pace for you. Through live demonstrations of NLP processes, guided meditations, in-class teachings, timeless storytelling, extended workbook material, practice exercises and beyond, you’ll learn to understand and work skillfully with the conscious and unconscious minds—learning how language, perception, and internal states shape experience—and how to use the power of intention to guide yourself and others toward lasting vibrational shifts. Each Learning Arc blends video teaching, integration prompts, 32-page revised workbook, supplemental course material, and solo practice alternatives to ensure a grounded, embodied understanding of each core aspect of the training. By the end, you’ll have foundational Neurolinguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy skills and principles, and applied tools for trance-formation in the healing context. You'll be ready to continue into our in-person-only Ancestral Healing or Advanced Neurolinguistic Hypnotherapy trainings, or to weave these skills into your personal or professional life.
